The Glacier Kings are proud to announce that Captain Kyle Mayenburg has committed to the Powell River Kings of the BCHL.
Pictured with Assistant Coach Brad Smith, Kyle spent two seasons with the Glacier Kings and captained the team to a second-round playoff appearance this past season, while also earning opportunities to suit up with his hometown Powell River Kings. A true lead-by-example player both on and off the ice, Kyle consistently demonstrated the work ethic, leadership, and character that every organization values. The Glacier Kings coaching staff and ownership couldn’t be prouder to see his dedication rewarded.
Kyle’s commitment marks the third Glacier Kings player from last season to advance to the BCHL, giving the Glacier Kings the most BCHL commitments of any VIJHL team.
